श्रीखंड (१)





वाढणी:दोन/तीन जणांना

पाककृतीला लागणारा वेळ:१५ मिनिटे

पाककृतीचे जिन्नस :

केफ़िर चीज (लेबनी) नावाचे दही १ डबा/Sour Cream
वेलची जायफ़ळ पूड पाव चमचा
बदाम काजु पिस्ते काप ५ चमचे
केशर चिमुट्भर
साखर १:१ प्रमाण

क्रमवार मार्गदर्शन: केफ़ीर चीज (लेबनी) दह्यामधे १:१ याप्रमाणे साखर घालून चमच्याने ढवळणे. त्यामधे बदाम काजु पिस्ते काप, वेलची जायफ़ळ पूड, केशर घालून परत ढवळ्णे. झाले श्रीखंड तयार.
दह्याला रात्री बांधुन ठेवायची गरज नाही. केफ़ीर चीज लेबनी या दह्यामधे अजीबात पाणी नसते.
हे दही अमेरीकेत कोणत्या दुकानामधे मिळते माहीत नाही. हे श्रीखंड मी एका student कडुन शिकली आहे. तो हे दही एका international shop मधुन आणायचा (denton,texas)
Sour Cream ची कल्पना माझी आहे. हे कोणत्याही अमेरिकन दुकानात मिळते.
साखरेच प्रमाण एकास एक जरी दिले असले तरी अर्धे प्रमाण आधी घालून चव पाहवी व आवडीनुसार नंतर परत घालावी. नाहीतर खूपच गोड होईल.

Rohini aajach tujha blog vaachla. yogayog mhan hava tar pan aaj me suddha kobichi bhaaji keli hoti. Amhi hee bhaaji khup shijvat nahi ani thoda limbu ras ani kinchit sakhar pan ghaalto. Hee recipe nirmala tilak hyanchya eka pustakat kobi kachi paki hya navani aahe.
Tula dusra vicharaycha mhanje hey international food store kuthla ahe hey sangu shakshil ka karan me suddha denton texas madhech rahte ani mala hya dahyache shrikhand karayla khup awdel, Tu pan denton madhech ahes ka??

Vinita, pratisadabaddal dhanyawaad. Mi denton madhe fakt 1kach varsh hote, sadhya wilmington la aahe. Mala tya shop che naav aata aathvat nahi, pan mi denton madhlya tya vidyarthyala phone karun vicharun sangen. Agadi thode je aathvat aahe, te mhanje te international shop Kroger chya agadi samor hote. Dahi ghetaana expiry date baghun ghe. kahi vela kharab nighte. ya dahyache shreekhand khupach sunder hote agadi bhartatlya shreekhandasarkhe. shubhechha!

Rohini hey kroger mhanje University drive varche ka??UNT madhun baher padlyavar lagte tey?? karan kroger pan bareech ahet . patkan utter dilas mhanun khup chhan waatla.

Hi Vinita, tya student la phone karun vicharle. tya shop che naav aahe International food of Denton, University Drive. Mi denton madhe egle drive apt madhe rahayche. Tu kontya apt madhe rahates. maza blog tula konakadun kalala, ki asach shodhlas. UNT madhe shikat aahes ka?

Rohini tu itke shram gheoon, tya mulala vicharun ithe parat post kelya baddal tujhe khup abhar mhanna khara tar formality hoil pan kharach manaapasun thanks. Nahi me UNT madhe shikat nahi pan research park madhe jayla mala to rasta ghyayla lagto. Mala tujha blog eka south indian maitrinikadun kalala tila khara tar marathi script neet vaachta yet nahi pan tini khup koutuk karun sangitla ki tujhya blog var rojachya sadhya jevnyatlya recipes chhan padhhatini dilelya aahet. karan normally saglya blogs var sagla fancy gourmet cooking asta jey roj karna kahi shakya hee nasta. Mala tujhya blog cha naav pan awadla karan mala pahila cooking cha pustak gift mhanun milalela was party party by nimala tilak. mala tey far awadta.

Hi I liked your blog which I come to know from ORKUT community... .As rightly said by Vinita,you have given common recipes very neatly...I am living in Australia and I was just wondering about Dahi which you mentioned for Shreekhand...we usually get different Yogurts,even flavoured Yogurt here...is it a cheese? Can you help me for that...I will like to try this... waiting for your reply...thanks

yes AKS, cheese instead of regular dahi. you can use kephir cheese or you can try it from Sourcream from any brand.

Me google kelyavar either kefir or yogurt spread (sunrise lebony )asa kahitari milala. Kefir yogurt hava ki kefir cheese ethe mala confusion aahe. Kefir is preety common in healthy eating foodies.
